Trying to go Vintage for a Friend

They say opposites attract and I guess that is right, at least in this case. My crafting bestie has more of a steampunk/vintage style and you know I am all about that pink and bling...lol. Well, she is hosting a amazing challenge and as part of that challenge you can make a pennant for her. Since she means so much to me, I really wanted this pennant to reflect her style. I tried my best not to shabby it up too much....but is so hard...lol
